Swiss Heart


Swiss Heart is a cheese of exceptional quality and rare origin. It is made by a family-run business according to an age-old recipe invented by the grandfather of the current owner and passed down from generation to generation.

Every morning the milk is collected from nearby dairy farmers. They are all located within 25 kilometres of the cheese dairy and have a long-standing relationship with the owner built on trust and loyalty, in some cases dating back over 50 years. What’s more, they all share the owner’s love of authenticity and appreciation of things well done.

The milk used to produce Swiss Heart is carefully checked before processing. The wheels are carefully aged for four to five months to reach perfect maturity.
