With its strong character, this smooth semi-hard cheese perfectly represents authentic Swiss farmers.

Our Mâitres Fromagers developed the recipe with one of our best cheesemakers whose dairy is located in a small village in the heart of Switzerland, where cows graze in lush, flowering meadows.

The milk is collected twice a day and the cheese is produced in accordance with age-old know-how, respecting traditional Swiss production techniques.

The result is an exceptional cheese with a creamy paste, very few small holes and great taste.
